The Bordeaux

The Bordeaux is a classic floor plan with impeccable design detail. The first floor includes living room, formal dining room, study, full bath, and a two story family room with a rear staircase. The kitchen is our largest, including a butler pantry area leading to the formal dining room. The upstairs loft overlooks the two story family room. The master suite includes a luxurious master bath, and has him and her walk in closets. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack & Jill style bath. Bedroom 2 has its own private bath.
