The air is crisp, the leaves are falling from the trees and the smell of pumpkin pie and turkey with all the trimmings is just a few days away. As the hectic holiday season approaches we asked our Overstreet family to take a few moments to reflect and share the things they are most grateful for.
Greg
I’m thankful for my kids, family, and the ability to help people’s dreams come true through building custom homes.
Kristi
I am grateful for new beginnings, the willingness of my co-workers to share their knowledge and expertise, and the opportunity to learn something new every day.
Jessica
From prep time the Wednesday before with my mom and aunt to spending time with several generations of family on Thanksgiving Day, to making turkey noodle noodle soup shortly after with my grandmother…this season is about enjoying the company of family. I’m so thankful for a close-knit family, for all of the blessing that we are given on a daily basis and for being surrounded by those (both family and friends) who love and support each other.
Rob
I’m thankful for my family and the many blessing they provide, the opportunity to serve others, and for those who are courageous and unselfish in providing our freedom.
Jim
I’m thankful to be in an industry where I can help people enhance the quality of their lives through building their homes and for being able to provide safety and security for my own family.
Kara
I’m thankful for God’s undeserved grace every day and to have family that loves and supports me no matter what. I love that in the midst of our busy lives, the holidays bring our families together to catch up, to laugh, and just enjoy time with each other, that we don’t always get throughout the year.
Grace
I’m thankful for my family, our health and blessed to have four generations of family at our Thanksgiving table.
Have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving!
