Winter is here and it’s time to bundle up. We know inChicago it can get super chilly with its high winds and intense snowy winters. For a lot of us, we just want to stay indoors and get warm. That’s why we’re breaking down our top things to do in winter from reading to making a cozy meal. Don’t worry though, we want you to have fun outside as well. Outdoor Activities
Get your coat and go ice skating at one of the best ice rinks in Chicago. Through March 8, you can rent a pair of skates and go ice skating with your family. If you’ve never skated before you can show up an hour before the rink opens and take a FREE class! It’s a great way to get some exercise in for the winter.
This is a must-see trip for the entire family. See the zoo come to life at night with Christmas lights. Grab yourself some mulled wine and take in the holiday spirit with this Chicago tradition. They have a ton of activities and events there. You might even be able to see Santa.
